We do our best to keep our customers happy. Due to the nature of the handcrafted business, there may be some slight variations in color, size, and scents of the products.

We strive to match the products to the photos and descriptions of each product. However, no returns are allowed if there are slight variations to the depiction of the product on our page.

Exchanges will be provided if the products are damaged in shipping. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen from the customer location after delivery.

There are no returns of the products due to handcrafted nature of our business and products produced on demand to accommodate our valued customer orders.
